Let's get a few things clear here. Cubbs talked to me about DYA 4 years ago. At the time I only had a few stocks and didn't have the time to watch the market closely. I didn't get in at that time, he did. After a conversation in March last year I bought in at 5c, 100,000 being my initial purchase. Since then I have averaged up to 17c, buying as high as 22c.

As you know, cubbs and I have known each other 9 years. I originally nominated him as president of this board. We used to talk 3 or 4 times a week and PM more often. We don't communicate now. The last time we spoke he had an SP average of somewhere between 17c and 19c, I don't recall for sure. Not that it's anyone else's business but as he's clearly spewing my business then it's fair game, right cubbs? He may have you believe that he's at 40c, unless he bought a boat-load at 50c in the last month I can't see how. We own, or did a month ago, similar numbers too. So we're in similar boats in the value of our DYA stocks. My portfolio is fine, and it's a portfolio of more than one stock, some down, some up and holding, some sold recently at significant profit. I need to pay tax soon!

True, I haven't waited 4 years. Why? I got in when the time was right. If it wasn't for us 'newbies' buying shares up to the 20c area then the SP would still be down at 3.5c. I've bought in as far as I am comfortable with, financially. Now I'm trying to protect my investment, just as I'm trying to protect the investment of everyone else. I don't see the truth as cubbs sees it right now, as you observe in your post. Nor do many others. Respect is earned not granted. Cubbs will tell you that I have lost his respect and I understand that our differing philosophies could be be construed in his mind as disrespect, however I do respect him and his long-term objectives, and I hope that when we see a price rise there is just a faint chance that one day cubbs and I may enjoy a beer again. He's told me that it won't happen even at $5 so it's unlikely, and the fact that a stock can tear long-time acquaintances apart says a lot.

Now, can we please move on? GLTA.

Rich
