Cubbs, in the interest of correctness, I wish to point out the following to you. I am not patronizing you. I am simply pointing out the facts. I do not engage in conjecture, inuendo, rumour or other similar nonsense.
There is a news release regarding the conference call. This is how i learned of it. It can be found at the following link
This press release lets folks know that there is or more importantly will be a conference call. That is all. In the event that you do not want to click the above link I have provided the content of the press release for you directly below:

For furtherinformation, visit www.hy-drive.com.Not nearly as many shareholders or interested investors listen to the conference calls as they happen/occur. Its a fact. I am merely pointing out that these calls do not receive as wide an audience as other forms of disclosure. That is all.
They could have press released the layoff and facility closures as other public companies do such as GM, Ford and most other well regarded companies
So to close that point....... there was a press release on the conference call and by design they did not disclose the reason for the call. Had they done that there might have been more than two questions at the end. I also find it interesting that none of their angry shareholders were on the phone to ask questions. Perhaps they aren't as angry as some here?
I made no commentary on the content of the call save and except to state that the majority of it was not good news. As to its morale boosting capabilities I will leave that up to the individual reviewer to determine how they feel about it. I am no longer a shareholder there so I have no interest other than to the potential implications it has for this investment. End of story.
I find it somewhat bizarre that you do not expect a press release for something as important as the information that came out of that call, yet you continuously call for press releases on a daily basis from management at DYA. Please make up your mind. You appear very inconsistent on this point.
I thank you for your kind wishes with respect to my weekend. Back at you.
