Shareholders are the ONLY ones that can buy or sell shares in the company. If you don't own it you can't sell it.

Maybe just maybe there is someone out there that has a bee in their bonnet about DYA that bought a bunch as 5 or 10 cents. They accomplish to objectives........ upset a bunch of shareholders.... who in turn do a lot of complaining to the company for something it simply can't control and still make a tiny profit.

There are a lot of sickos out there!
