Hey man, I don't disagree with you one bit. I've been saying that for some time now. With all of the positive announcements, mixed with rumour (and we all know rumours drive stocks faster than anything)...this thing is stuck like glue.
Meanwhile, the competition's SP, has run up and down north of a buck several times in the past few months. For no reason whatsoever...in fact with BAD news swirling about.
