Yes, the lawsuit did come up. It was discussed at length. It isn't an issue to DYA apparently. Sales are progressing nicely. He admitted that initially it held the company back, but it's not an issue now. Historically though the favour has been on DYA's side, and don't forget that they have a counter-suit for $100M. I discussed the info that you personally have re the lawsuit being settled over a month ago, plus the other emails that you have. He seemed unphased but I'm sure he'll be discussing the matter with the 'source'.

Qmark is much more versed with the financial aspect of these things than I am, he's a CA. He tells me that it's almost impossible to get fully audited accounts done before Feb as AR and AP generally take until late Feb to be finalised (think about utility bills just for one). And you don't want to have them in to audit in 2 stages, apparently. So we'll just have to wait, but WTH he told so many people early Feb is beyond me. And I told him that.
