Simply because all of the posters here who have spoke to him have commented on his arrogance, and it seems pretty unanimous that he doesn't care about the shareholders.From my opinion of what the general consensious is of the posters here who I will assume to be shareholders is that most ceo's that represent the companies that they work for should be accountable and it appears that he doesn't even care to give that impression. Therefor one could be left with the impression that he maybe feels he has enough control and doesn't have to.
