OK...I'll buy that. But If I were Tom......and I was paying those same lawyers......I'd be on the phone faster than lightning to ream them. It's his $ too. This is the mystery....why.....or should I say IF....IF they can do anything....why wouldn't they. I'm sure they've got bills to pay at home just like we do......and wouldn't we all like a new boat or a Muskoka cottage.
