Well, 2007 is almost done. DYA have a great product and a great sales operation down in the US. There is also a new-ish Canadian dealer. All that needs to happen now is a change of senior management. I personally think that the lawsuit will be resolved with a change of CEO, just my opinion. The lawsuit isn't the burden that it used to be, sales have shown that. HGS is up and down like a dog's back leg, we're steady at 20c (on average) so moving up should be relatively easy (given certain changes), and steady too. Again, just my opinion. We still have the biggest order in the history of hydrogen injection in NA. The ripple effect should see that order shadowed soon.

As far as year-end financials, TF told me they want to expedite it and have them out by the end of Jan. But then, that came from Tom so it's likely not true.
