The company have used that excuse before. I think it's simple, if you don't sell units you have no news.

So I thankful to SMG that are selling units, because the more they sell the more news we will have, as they (dya) have a limited time to publish sales news once they have cashed the cheque from SMG.

Lawsuit didn't prevent them from selling units. They may have just simply prevented themselves from selling units, because of the siuation at the time.

They seem to have a little different attitude and are believing in themselves again.

All I can say, 2008 is a do or die year.

Here's hoping for life in 2008.
