In this case too many people willing to give this stock away for pennies.
He also says " Price is what the greater fool is ready to pay"
If shareholders belived they had a stock of value you shouldn't be able to get this stock at these prices.
Before someone shoots me down.
It's very simple one cannot buy if there isn't a seller. It's a zero sum game.
Obviously with pp and sharholders buying in at 5cents, 10cents etc what they value their shares at is what they will sell them at.
So if said person bought a 100,000 at 5 cents pp. Price at 20cents not a bad return on his investment. He or she has no allegiance to the $8 shareholder only his or her money invested at 5cents.
Hence we have a share price of 20 cents etc.
Who to blame?
It is what it is.
So we have to constuctively get over this and if some believe this is going to and should be worth $8, $10, $20 even the old $100 share once touted, then they should act like those companies.
