Hi folks,

Congratulations richpickens. I hope this is a rewarding experience for you. I want to share something with the board....... FWIW

I also have an investment in another Canadian company, the symbol for which is BNC.

This company has a vaccine for cattle that has been proven in major studies conducted at US universities to eliminate the deadly form of e-coli at its source - cattle intestines and by default feces.

Now one would think that given all the news there is out there about ecoli, what with our own situation in Walkerton and such that the governments of Canada and the United States would be all over this....right.... and more over one would think that a seasoned management of a biotech Co would have the means by which to get this done...... well its a few years later now ..... still no approval..... but its just around the corner says the co?........ still no approvals

And did i mention that their share price was once north if $7?

If this isn't enough.......they have US FDA Phase III fast track approval for a bladder cancer drug....... not Phase 1 or 2 but 3! You can count the number of Canadian biotech companies in phase III clinical trials on the fingers of one hand. You don't need them all if you are looking for the ones that have fast track approval from the FDA.

And if this still isn't enough.... they have a run rate business generating $27 million in revenues that delivers 9 million in cashflow that pays for a lot of R&D........

BUT did i mention the stock is at 52 week lows? Did i mention its been languishing for a long time? That 52 week low is 63 cents!

I guess the message is some stocks "just don't get no respect until its their time". While others soar and have no real tangible proof they deserve to.

What will the catalyst be? I don't know and if a few more of DYA's shareholders would admit it they don't know either, this and other forums would be a better place

But there is a pretty significant difference between the two public forums. The conduct of the shareholders and investors over there has been far more civilised. Yes they are disappointed. Yes there are a few that have called for a managment change. And yes there are a few that correspond with the Company via email and in turn post the responses on the forum. But it ends there.

People there have seen the value of their holdings reduced..... some significantly.....but they don't submit others to public outbursts and ridicule such as we've witnessed here and on stockhouse.

I certainly hope we've turned a corner here. I certainly hope Cubbs is one of those members that can truly forget the past and move on too. He obviously has the energy and interest to be a major contributor.

So what has DYA got going for it? A product that according to the last NR real trucking companies have purchased...... that's what....nothing more.... nothing less. BUT, that appears to be that one thing that the competition doesn't. What will DYA's catalyst be?........ Only the market can answer that..... We as shareholders though need to function in our collective best interests and IMHO that requires that we support the company to the best of our abilities regardless of how difficcult that may seem right now.

Good luck and good investing....... this is my last post on this forum
