From what I understand Dynamic are doing a lease or rent to own program. They will actually pay the first and last months payments for the company. With fuel saving per month the company are actaul in the black, with cash in their pockets.

     This is a win win situation for all concerned.  The company get a reliable fuel savings device and Dynamic have sales. Seems simple enough.
