In my opinion, when one is making an investment (especially on the Venture) DD is paramount. As long-term investors we think we did our DD but there are times when we doubt that we did as much as we could have, otherwise we would be in the position that we are? Therefore a new look at salient information becomes vital. We start with the website and look for updates. We search for news. We look at the management. We call the company. We call the distributors.
