I know Jay.
I am trying to look at this thing logically. Crius is a 1 year old utility. They have over 600,000 customers buying energy from them. I find it hard to believe that these 600,000 customers are going to evaporate overnight. I think the company has had it's problems learning how to hedge their electricity and gas purchases with these unusual weather patterns. They will have to deal with a new reality in that unusual weather is now the usual !! They may also have to negociate better with both suppliers and customers to raise their profit margins.
Although q3 was not steller, the SP certainly does not deserve this. As i write this , we are up .22 or 5% today and were up even more earlier. A significantly higher close today may just send out a few signals to the sellers. The Nov distribution was confirmed on Nov 13 and the Oct one on Oct 11, so we should see a Dec confirmation around Dec 11-13. Assuming the divy holds firm, maybe we will see more confidence returning.
I would consider buying more , but I am very over weight KWH and my dry powder is pretty much gone.
Looking forward ( I think ! ) to the close today.
