This report sounds to me like " Cedar Tree " in the old KXL times with the most comprehensive report any Gold Mine would ever have encountered, win, win situation on hundreds of pages. Except we are down almost 60 % and at best of times it would take years to recover. Heaven forbid the dividend would be cut.
