I did listen to the conference call this weekend, and agree with your comments Rico ... it sounds like management is building a company with a long term horizon, is looking at doing that mostly through organic growth, with a certain amount of new purchases and, as you said, has not even discussed the possibility of cutting back on the distribution, but sees it as a key part of their business.

Not happy with the drop in share price, but I see no reason to panic and will be adding more to my position at these prices.
