LCS , Brompton Lifeco Split Corp.

This is a fund invested in the top Insurance Companies, which are a hot commodity now. It is a split share structure with prefereds paying around 5%, but the common shares ( LCS ) are paying 16.6% as of the close yesterday.

The combined NAV of the preferred and common have to be above $15.00 for the common shares to receive the dividend.The NAV has recently risen and now sits at 15.61.
