Right now..So when you say...." it appears that there with be an acquisition in the 2nd half/13 of a retailer with between 50 and 100 k customers that will reduce the payout ratio significantly....
The only way you change the payout ratio is to change the payout...$1.00 or the earnings per share....$4.45...
You would have to have a hugh dilution of shares in the float to change the payout ratio...Is this what they are going to do..??
