Doc, with all due respect, we do have to appreciate our Princessas. They have a six'th sense, be it in the marital department or in investing. They seem to be not interested in the latter, but in my experience, they nail it more often than us smart guys.

1987 ( October crash ), my dear Princessa suggested out of the blue to sell some rental ( Murb ) property and some major market investments, she wanted a house on the hill. Luckily I did, but bought a farm instead. She timed it right. So did my daughter in law before the 2008 meltdown, " sell most of our holdings " ( they live overseas ) and did she ever got that one right.

So, us male chauvenists, should listen sometimes and get even rich ( er, er er ).
