The markets. Seem to agree with you. I started buying @9.15 and kept buying down to 6.21 yesterday. The dividend works great for me at this point and an appreciation in SP would be awesome.
A utility like Crius seems to me to be about as stable as anything else that pays agood dividend .The next few days should be interesting to watch.
