Rico...WE are looking at the last 15minutes of trading and unless RBS is buying up the stock,they must or may be buying for another RBC client..one buying and one selling from the same brokerage is common..and it looks like retail trading and unless it is some type of fancy computerized trading program,looks like retail trading to me//.
