Hey, I taught graduate level statistics and experimental design for 33 years at a relatively classy University. Which only means I can add and subtract more or less.
1. The $83 is the dividend on the 1000 shares I purchased initially.
2. My whole and simple point was as even the great and wise guru of all things Crius has agreed that the company, meaning the management, board or whoever the hell makes these decisions, can lower the dividend, keep it unchanged, or even raise it depending on market conditions. In simple terms my $83 dividend I got recently may be much less next month, or the same next month, or hip, hip, hooray eveh more next month.
3. None of us need a lecture on dividends since we have all been buying and selling stocks probably as long as you have.
4. No more bickering please. We all wish to keep a good dividend while praying that the crappy stock price goes up. You wanted me to be a Hub Leader here so I shall simply say that we should get back to discussing the stock. I clearly believe that the sp has room to rise since I bought more at $6.60. However I am definitely not in the cheering section for this issue and shall not be until it goes back at least close to the vaunted IPO price.
Behave and so shall we all.
Shalom
Doc
PS: No more of this stuff: " I don't know what your PHD is in but it sure as Fuc*K isn't math..."
Your condescending and insulting tone have no place on an Agoracom Hub, particularly one on which I am a Hub Leader. If you wish to insult somewone please do so in a PM.
