Doc.....
This can not ever happen..
and/or increase the sp without lowering it.
The Dividend is given in a fixed $$$$$$$$$ value..so as the share price goes up the percentage drops ..and vice versa.;.
The Dividend was set on the IPO price of $10.00....
Which was .99996 dollars for the year ..or for the term of the dividend without change..
So that is .0833333 cents /month /unit,irregardless of share-price or %%%%% and the only way to change them is to change the yearly divvy...
The %%% is an arbitrary figure which is inversely proportional to the share price..based on the original setting at IPO day...$10.00
So the %%%%% is high because the Share price is so far off the IPO price...
\I thought I had you and Stick squared off on dividend calculations a while back..Take a Stick and beat the piss out of Stick for being a dummy...
and leading you astray..I hope stick is not you financial adviser..
