Right about now as I contemplate my tax loss taking frackin losses I would settle for a room at the Kodiak Motel/Cathouse (view not required). My walking buddy George is very suspicious of any investment that pays a 15% dividend. Hopefully he will prove to be incorrect on this although he is almost never wrong about anything according to George at least. Perhaps I can take the diveys to Vegas and buy some of the beautiful hotels my losses have built over the last 50 years.
