Apparantly, the good Mr. Smith is the 3rd analyst covering Crius. He took over from another analyst with UBS and put his own spin on the ratings.

Interestingly enough, according to Crius IR, Mr Smith did say that he felt the dividend was safe?? Go figure !!

Also according to IR, there has been absolutely no talk about cutting the distribution at all and that management feels that all is fine?? We'll see. on that note . I do have a bid in to buy more at this price.

I still haven;t been able to see his actual ratings report on Crius.
