Cline Mining Corporation (TSX: CMK) ("Cline" or the "Company") announces that after 25 years with the Company, Allan Taylor, Cline's Chief Financial Officer plans to retire. Mr. Taylor joined Cline at its inception in 1983, prior to its initial public offering as CFO, Secretary-Treasurer and director.

"Allan has been a tremendous asset to Cline throughout the years; we thank him for his unwavering dedication and substantial contributions to the Company, and wish him well in his retirement. We are pleased to say that Allan will be available to act as an advisor to the Company during the transition and has agreed to consider a position on the Board of Directors after his retirement." commented Ken Bates, President and CEO.

The Company is also pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr. Ernest Cleave to replace Allan as CFO. Mr. Cleave is a senior financial professional with substantial experience in corporate strategy, financial planning and analysis, governance, regulatory reporting and compliance. He has an extensive background in the international mining industry, and directed corporate planning and analysis, treasury, internal control and regulatory compliance at Goldcorp Inc., and held various financial positions with Bata Limited including Controller for Bata South Africa and CFO, Bata International - Africa region. Mr. Cleave began his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 1993. Mr. Cleave's appointment will be effective June 1.

The Company will also be moving its head office to Toronto.
