Avalon Advanced Materials is pleased to invite shareholders and other interested delegates to the 2018 Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) Convention, Trade Show and Investors Exchange in Toronto, Ontario, March 4 – 7, 2018 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. The following is a list of all exhibits, events and speaking engagements featuring Avalon management and staff.

Ron Malashewski, Manager, Investor Relations, along with other members of the Avalon management team, will be available at the booth to meet with shareholders and other delegates.

Sunday, March 4 to Monday, March 5 10:00 am – 5:00 pm (Session A)
The drill core on display will be from the 2017 drill program on the company’s Separation Rapids Lithium Project, which targeted the main pegmatite body and the lepidolite-rich unit. In attendance will be Volker Möller (Project Geologist) and Dr. Bill Mercer (Vice President, Exploration).
SHORT COURSES, FORUMS and TECHNICAL SESSION PRESENTATIONS
8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Dr. Mercer and Mark Wiseman, Vice President, Sustainability will be chairing and presenting a short course on Minimizing environmental impacts of field operations in mineral exploration. Registration is required to attend the workshop. This is the inaugural environmental course organized by Avalon, designed to be similar to Avalon’s successful PDAC health and safety course model.
8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Dr. Mercer and Mr. Wiseman will once again be chairing and presenting a short course on Health and safety in mineral exploration. Registration is required to attend the workshop.
10:40 am – 11:40 am. Room 803. Mr. Wiseman will be a speaker at the MAC-hosted panel session Better together: Collaboration on climate change between industry and communities of interest. This event is by invitation only.
2:00 pm – 6:00 pm. Room 205D, North Building. Avalon President and CEO, Don Bubar, will provide a short update on the company’s Nechalacho Rare Earth Elements Project at Unlocking our Potential - Invest NWT: an event organized by the Department of Industry, Tourism and Investment (Government of the Northwest Territories). This event is by invitation only.
10:15 am. Room 803. Mr. Bubar will present second during the PDAC’s Corporate Presentation Forum for Investors Energy materials and technologies session, presenting on Avalon’s Separation Rapids Lithium Project.
8:30 am to 12:00 pm. Canada-China Mining Investment Forum: Ballroom B of the Intercontinental Hotel, 225 Front St W. Mr. Bubar will provide a brief update on the company’s Separation Rapids Lithium and East Kemptville Tin projects.
2:00 pm. Ontario Pavilion. Mr. Bubar will present an update on the Separation Rapids Lithium Project.
9:10 am to 11:40 am. Room 715. Mr. Bubar will co-chair the Changing economic fundamentals and their impact on traditional and critical metals technical session.
9:10 to 11:40 am. Room 716. Dr. Mercer will co-chair the New discoveries and developments technical session.
