Message: Rare Earth concentrates on the move.

Very interesting indeed. I don't read a ton into it because I'm not familiar with the source. Interesting non the less.

Wang Min, the vice minister of the Ministry of Land and Resource (MLR), said on September 18 that the price of rare earth concentrate increased 50 percent compared to June prices, reports yicai.com, citing a press release of the Ministry of Land and Resource.

A total of 25 provinces and cities in China, including Inner Mongolia and Guangxi province, achieved their approved mining quota for rare earth minerals.

In addition, 18 provinces and cities including Zhejiang province and Yunnan province have published their quotas.
