just a bit more information on calculating on the insitu value (using round numbers) :

175M t of ore = 2,500,000 tonnes of TREO

2,500,000 tonnes of TREO x 1000kg/tonne= 2,500,000,000 kg of TREO

2,500,000,000 kg of TREO x $22/kg = $55,000,000,000
With only 78,990,670 shares outstanding this means 600$ pps, of course this number is crazy but let say 60$ pps, it will be good enough for me :))))$$$$
