Arctic Star to issue 100,000 NFT units in financing

Arctic Star Diamond Corp., further to Stockwatch news dated Aug. 28, 2008, has amended its financing. Of the 25-million-unit private placement, 100,000 units will now be on a non-flow-through basis. These non-flow-through units will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant, each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share of the company for a period of two years at a price of 12 cents per share.
