Dear Shareholder,

Thank you for your continued interest in Anglo Swiss Resources. The purpose of the letter is to inform you of the many interesting events occurring within the Company. As the markets for the junior gold sector is heating up again the timing is perfect for Anglo Swiss to emerge as a gold producer. Our main focus over the last year is at our Kenville Gold Mine property as we have completed all of the proposed underground vein sampling consisting of over 280 samples along 8 existing vein structures within the main haulage level known as the 257 level.

The 257 level is only one of seven levels contained within the existing Kenville Gold Mine footprint and has over 3 miles of tunnel and old workings. The 257 level has been extensively sampled along eight vein structures with assays received and verified from two independent laboratories supervised by an independent 3rd party geologist. The exploration program and procedures were conducted under the Canadian National Instrument 43-101 policies and guidelines which will result in a measured gold resource report contained within this first level.

The initial 43-101 measured gold resource report, written by the independent 3rd party geologist, is expected in early July of 2009. This is a milestone achievement for the Company and will serve as the base document for additional gold resources to be added as the other six levels undergo similar exploration and sampling programs of their known vein systems. A 12,000 meter drill program will expand the known gold resource in the 257 level up to the 275 level as the vein structures are open in all directions, most importantly they are all open to depth. Surface drill holes conducted in 2007/2008 encountered typical gold-bearing quartz vein structures over 300 meters below the 257 level.

There are also two new exciting discoveries to the south and west of the Kenville Gold Mine footprint known as th Eagle Vein Structure and the Jackpot Mine. Exploration is permitted in 2009 for further exploration of these significant discoveries which each could replicate the size and richness of the existing Kenville Gold Mine footprint.

Production from the 257 level is expected to coincide with the completion of our newly expanded gold processing operations. All of the infrastructure is now in place on site at the new Mill facility to begin the gold processing operations by late summer of 2009. In addition to ore processing, other ongoing activities will include both underground and surface drilling as well as full scale mining operations as we begin to drift for grade and develop new areas for exploration and production.

This is just a short summary to keep you abreast of the present situation at the Kenville Gold Mine property. If you are able to visit the property this summer we would welcome you, as we are easily accessible from the City of Castlegar, BC (a 30 minute drive) or Spokane, Washington (a 2 hour drive). There are also numerous site visit videos on our website at www.anglo-swiss.com which define this property much better than simple words. You can anticipate many news releases to be communicated throughout the summer and fall. If you need any additional information please feel free to contact the Company or myself for further information.

Thank you for your ongoing support.

Regards,

Len Danard

PS. We have also recently filed a N1 43-101 Report on a Multi Million Tonne Aggregate resource at surface on a small portion of the Kenville Gold Mine property. The sand and gravel operation is already permitted and is expected to provide significant cash flow to the Company in 2010. This sand and gravel operation is highly complementary to the gold production aspect of the Company.
