Great volume over the last few days thus the rise in price. Based on this surprise move the results are probably in and they are quite promising. Info has been leaked for sure with this type of run up. All point to higher volumes.

Like you said the properties are high end with great historical numbers, so I wouldn't be surprised to see a sharp jump above our previous high of .67. Its only a matter of days before this happens, based on the momentum. If the results surprise on the upside, no reason why we can't see the stock trading closer to $1.00.
