Cuz both management teams are seen as  arrogant SoBs. I have always believed they hate us common shareholders based on the issuing around warrants and private placement activity and the lack of delivering important info to us. We probably shouldnt even worry about any info because nothing that the CEO in either company could or would be truthful about. The historic record around the disrespect by management to us commoners is available for all thru a quick google search!!!
