Thanks Tada , I agree with what your saying, the confusion with me is below:

"The company has stated that they do not support this listing and have also stated that they don't know how it got listed. They have stated that ZCC is a non listed reporting company."

I see this but the cusip # or whatever it's called matches our Zenith companies # so they appear they are one in the same weather or not the/our zenith company says they recognize them?

They flow into the same pot, yes/no? Are you saying they are fake shares more or less? 
I know this has been discussed before but this is where I get confused with ture value. Its just a really odd circumstance & I wish the company would say if there real or not instead of saying they don't recognize them.
