"That trial is being conducted by researchers at the National Cancer Institute (NCI). I do not believe Zenith Epigenetics is listed as a sponsor or collaborator on any of the NCI trials of ZEN-3694. It is my understanding that this is common practice for investigator-led trials. As our CEO has stated publicly, Zenith Epigenetics is not funding the NCI trials (although I believe we may be providing ZEN-3694 test article). I do not personally know what contributions are necessary to qualify as a collaborator for the purposes of clinicaltrials.gov listings, but I have no doubt the listing was entered correctly. Rest assured, Zenith Epigenetics may still benefit from any positive results and findings of these NCI trials despite not being listed as a sponsor or collaborator on the clinicaltrials.gov listings."
