Yep ... the only real way to finance RVX with huge dilution concerns is via loan. Zenith is the perfect partner for borrowing, assuming Zenith can raise the cash with some of the ideas being bounced around now?

Even if RVX defaulted, you just sell off RVX assets (they have many) to recover the loan amount plus some, or just reabsorb the RVX assets if there is failure and the loan is lost.
