This happens because it trades in the backwaters of markets. Probably someone who wants shares is willing to spend less than  $50 to see if they can shake the tree. Always keep in mind that Zenith has never raised funds in public markets and only trades due to technicalities associated with having a cisípeda number due to its "widely held status". IMO Zenith probably represents one of the better ph 2 opportunities given it is in a number of promising trials.
