jb if you opened an account online for online trading just for Zenith "ZHCLF" with Ameritrtade that could be part of the problem. That may not be lucrative enough so to speak for the brokerage. I don't deal with Ameritrade so I don't know their policy as such.

I know for sure that "ZHCLF" trades at Scotia iTRADE.
