i hear & agree with what kbc is saying, best have their ducks in order given the possible conflict of interest issue(s) alone, not sure they couldn't get around that with a bit of solid reasoning/good deal for all sort of a thing etc etc... 

a person sure would wanna believe if something like this might happen or is happening they would have received excellent council prior to moving forward.

p.s  - kinda like what Tada is saying too IF good for all.
