I took a screen shot of the pop-up message from TD this morning.

They explain that Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11 was introduced in September 2021 and went into partial effect, and then say.....

"....On Wednesday, November 23, 2022, this rule will come into full effect.  This means all BUYs and SELLs for securities listed in the U.S. Expert and Grey OTC Markets will be rejected and all open Good Til Date (GTD) orders will be cancelled....."

And that after Tuesday, you will be unable to liquidate your securities.

Dunno.  Seems a bit odd to include the Grey OTC Markets as well.
