The latest Exempt Distribution on SEDAR is a Promissory Note in the amount of CAN $202,702.70, dated 2022-10-26. With 100,000 warrants at $1.02 with an expiration date of 2027-10-26, out of Alberta Canada. This could very well be Don again. No details were given on the Promissory Note. (Interest rate? secured/unsecured? payable on demand?)

Perhaps the 82-cent PP Don spoke about is an additional one not yet posted on SEDAR.
