i am not sure that we not see a jump in ZHCLF before a deal is annnounced with a BP. If a deal negoations  are  kept in the vault a deal NR might come out no where anytime....   I could be wrong but if a deal was really really close i think DM lawyers advise DM to avoid any deal talk at the AGM and just talk science and trial part. to hard to trust anything DM , maybe 1 day what he comes through
