,,Notice the same MoA with this company,,,,shareholders receive little to very little updates and  information. Questions are frowned upon. Hard questions would get you thrown out of any meeting as indicated by previous attendees at such events.

So as cowardly as they have proven to be, we shouldnt expect anything to change until there is change!
