I wouldn't read anything into the stock price at this time.  Trading is thin and blind.  It bounces around from 7 cents to about 16 cents.  It just takes one enthusiastic buy to move it to 16 cents.  If anything was happening, we'd see the stock moving consistently to multiples of the current price.
