narmac - One thing I really like about ZCC, Ken Dart owns about 38% of it. Those are the same class of shares that you and I own. That's a lot of clout to make sure things are on the up and up for that class of shares. Dart has been known to take countries to court, management of this company would be no issue. For what it's worth though, my personal opinion is that we will not have to be concerned about any shadiness.
