fourem , i think the  zenith trials will need more time for to pass phase 2 before they get any major BP interest in a buyout. That being said Constellation pharma did get bought out prior to their phase 2 trial so anything is possible. However with this management team it will be tough for the best of investment bankers to get the buyout valuation even close to constellation. The past financing this year prove my point. i hope DM realizes he can't do this on his own and should get professional help from a really good ib .
