Koo,,,,,companies such as RVX generally despise shareholders and pretty well always seek funds from other sources where deals are struck for the benefit of the new money and of course the team. Havent you noticed???,,,,team compensation is almost always well above the teams performance and confirmed in that post by RVXOT previously here!,, financing always comes below the trading price on the floor and with extra warrants causing even more dilution which inturn is controlled by the issuance of more shares thru options or grants to the team,,,,the existing shareholders only get to watch,,,,havent you noticed??. The Board is just a cross section of old pals and aquaintances who are a friendly reminder to the team. They generally are chosen by the team and there for personal compensation and wont bite the hand that feeds them. Havent you noticed???,,,,Compensation to all team members is always in place and well out of proportion to performance by the company.  So the company only focuses on how to raise money thru PP and cares not about the share price. The business model for the team is exactly as what is observed,,,,,,person weath accummulation via PPs and if share price appreciation occurs it is a secondary support for the team, it is of interest of course, but not of any major concern to them.
