She did not say that "ZHCLF" is not related to Zenith Capital Corp but chose to say that the OTC market does not reflect the actual value of the shares. Therefore "ZHCLF" shares would be counted the same as if the shares are bought directly from the company.  So how one obtains the "ZHCLF" shares, they are all one and the same Zenith Capital Corp shares. 

Just saying, in the case that they're still some doubt that "ZHCLF" is not Zenith Capital Corp as we know it.
