KOO - No it does not make sense for ZCC to be totally private. Hundreds of shareholders that received these shares from the spin out would no longer be able to continue holding them in their registered plans like TSFA's and RSP's.
The current,Reporting but non trading public corp arrangement allows these shares to continue to be held in all types of plans in Canada.
