These OTC amendments are welcomed from my point of view. CRA was giving me a bad time for not reporting a US stock that I owned on some form a few years ago. Turns out it was some mining company that had gone belly up here in Canada but some how, just like Zenith Capital Corp, got listed on the OTC market by an unknown entity. The crazy thing is that mining company went belly up almost 10 years earlier yet still got listed after so many years and no financials for all that time. Good for the market regulators for updating their rule after 30 years of neglect.
